Hello!

I (26F) am currently travelling with my family who prefer a relaxation holiday over an adventure holiday. I was not planning on large hikes until I part ways with my family for two weeks of backpacking, but the lombok landscape looks so amazing i can't resist. As my family are not keen on joining me, here i am asking whether there are any FLINTA* people (also fine with groups, as long as they are not all male) here until the 19th that would have me join on a hike. I am open for anything, i would say i am an intermediate hiker with lots of experience in the tyrolean alps.

Ich kann mich nur vage daran erinnern, also hau ich einfach mal raus was ich weiss:

In der Bücherreihe ging es um eine Monster/Vampir/irgendwas Familie und ich glaube die Handlungen verfolgen hauptsächlich die Tochter als Protagonistin

Sie hat zwei Zwillingsbrüder die glaub ich jünger waren (vielleicht wars nur einer aber ich bild mir ein dass die immer zu zweit Schabernack getrieben haben) Im Buch waren auch Illustrationen von der Familie (ich glaub nur ganz vorne und hinten).

An was ich mich genau erinnern kann ist dass sie Salat mit Fliegen gegessen haben!

In einer der Geschichten ist die ganze Familie campen.

Ich weiss es ist nicht viel aber alle paar Monate versuche ich dieses Buch/Bücher zu finden, bekomme aber nur andere Bücher vorgeschlagen - ich glaube langsam ich habe das alles halluziniert.

Ich habe es wahrscheinlich in den Jahren 2006-2010 gelesen.

Hello, first off complete noob here.

Background: I was hired for creating a culture collection (biology). Besides lab work i also have to create a file where, when i no longer work there in the future, people know how to find certain samples.

for this I have created 2 excel files: one master list where all samples + informations (like sampling location, genus, etc.) are stored and one storage list for boxes where the order of the samples is documented (this is for people to easily find samples without having to look through 50+ boxes and to keep -80°C fridge opening times to a minimum)

I now am filling out the positions of the samples in the -80°C fridge in the master file, but as there are a lot of samples it would be very nice if i could automate the process.

Layout of the storage file:

sheet 1: overview of 4 x racks with 4 rows and 4 boxes per row each

sheet 2-5 (called Stand1-Stand4): box layouts (see picture 1) with the sample ID's columns are A-I and rows are 1-9

what i want: in the master file (see example in picture 2 ) I would like a "position Identifier" to be produced like the example S2R3B1 (meaning Stand 2, Row 3, Box 1) and the positions A4, B4, C4 in the box.

although i have also created a link system that will lead you directly to the position of the samples in the boxes, my supervisor also wants the position identifier system to be established.

we are speaking of 1000 samples per stand, so I hope you understand that this is a lot of work to do manually.

ive tried googling the issue but my results are just the autofill function in excel, so before i waste a lot of (limited) work time, i wanted to come here and ask whether what i am looking for is even possible.

i was thinking maybe its possible to produce the position identifier in the storage file and as soon as the slot e.g. sample 27 is filled out, the name of the sample is filled out with the position identifier in an empty row of the master list.

im not very computer versed so maybe what im envisioning isnt even possible.

Hello!

Weve run into two problems and wanted to ask for advice - we still have one palette of beer ordered but the fastlane was closed when we wanted to pick it up at 19:00.

Has this happened to someone before? Can we write them an email and ask for a refund of the money? Im guessing its not open tomorrow so we cant even take it home..

Also we wanted to at least grab the early bird tickets from the cashless spots but the one next to the showers was also closed when we passed it..

Would be very grateful if anyone has any info on if they will be open tomorrow.
