Where is my extra rr riot?

Am I being scammed or did riot not release the rr increases with performance yet? for context the first game (bottom) was all ascendants, the second game was half diamonds (even though I have 1.08 k/d and a 64% winrate), but the third game had two diamonds, both on MY TEAM. I should get extra extra rr for that, don't you think?

Failing hard drive

I bought an alienware aurora r13 probably 3 years ago (I know, bad brand, but I got a deal). For the past six months or so my pc has been having a blue screen on startup sometimes but it always fixes when I restart. Today I got an error saying there was no hard drive detected, but once again it fixed after a few restarts. I'm almost positive I have a failing hard drive. I plan to back up my files regardless, but I'm wondering if I should just buy a new SSD now before mine completely fails or if I should just wait. More importantly, which SSD should I get? It needs to be compatible with my current pc obviously and 1 terrabyte minimum.

Should I become an engineer?

I’m currently in 11th grade and I really need to decide on my career. I‘ve been thinking about becoming an engineer because I like and am extremely good at math and science, but I have a few trepidations. First of all, I’m concerned about whether or not there will be jobs in the field with AI and the fact that a lot of smart kids get pushed towards engineering. Also, I’m not sure if I would love it / be good at it. I find designing stuff mildly interesting, but I’ve never been the best at making things like engineering projects for physics and mini gliders for tech ed. When I hear about an engineer’s day to day tasks it sounds pretty fun but sometimes I think it might get repetitive or boring.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I don’t understand the mmr system

This isn’t one of those rants about low rr gains and high rr losses. I‘m genuinely confused about how the mmr system decides your matches. Twice now I’ve had high performing (top 2) 13-6 games where I won in a high ascendant - low immo lobbies and the very next game I got put into an all diamond lobby. Obviously I just get a free win in those lobbies so I’ll take it but I don’t understand why this is happening.

P.S. posting this here because the main Reddit blocked it for some reason.

How many kills do you think somebody has to get to justify playing Reyna?

Pretend that you’re in agent select and your team has already locked in an entry duelist, scan initiator, sentinel with info and a good controller. For you to be happy with your last teammate locking Reyna, how many kills would they have to get to offset the lack of util? Assume that if they went a support agent instead they would have a completely average 1.0 k/d game with average util usage for your rank.
