I’m new to tcg in general, started playing Lorcana this year. My LGS got in a bunch of MLP Nightmare Night and I think I got some good cards but either way they’re so freaking cute, I love them.
I sent my Lorcana card in as the directions followed, it made it to FedEx facility today for delivery to PSA but instead I got a noticed it’s being shipped back to me? Anyone have this happen? This was my first time sending anything in 😵💫
Of course I’ve submitted a help form but just concerned as it’s an expensive card.
I posted on fb already and got a couple responses, just looking to see if I can get some more input is all. I’ve never sent a card in, I’m more of a player vs collector.
Also note, I only have my iPhone to take pictures so I apologize for the not great close ups.
Holodex gives me a range of 9.1-9.8, so I’m expecting a 9 hoping for 10. It has a white dot on the edge (right back side towards bottom corner) but from as much as I can tell with my eyeballs, it’s not from damage as there is no feeling of texture or look of indent. Kind of just looks like a missing pixel of ink.
I’m fine with a 9 if that’s what I get. My question is more what’s your experience between TAG or CGC? I prefer their labels.Also, I’d rather just pay upfront and call it good.
Secondly, and for curiosity, has anyone gotten a 10 even with a white dot?

Next year we’re gonna go to Gencon, and I followed r/GenCon but there aren’t really any posts for Lorcana stuff this year.
Any tips and recommendations for newbies? Facebook showed that people don’t follow the rules regarding the time to line up which isn’t necessarily a surprise but still disappointing.
Besides Lorcana, what other events and activities do you highly suggest?
We’re only a 4hr drive away so we’re just gonna get an Airbnb and drive I think.

Looking to send in my enchanted Colors of the Wind (I’m thinking TAG) but there’s one little smudge on the card I can see with bright phone flashlight and only at certain angles. Looking closer at the picture and the card and I don’t think it’s an ink run or a scratch, but just a surface smudge. Everything else looks pretty solid to me, if you see something I don’t feel free to say it!
What’s the safest way to see if I can clean it up? I’ve found info about using cloth lens wipes but that was for sports cards, not cards with foil detail.
