Arrived today, got it from a Seller on cardmarket.com , but I expected a different "texture" a smooth print. Is this normal? (says Holo Foil Playmat on the package)

First one I bought at a Convention (Dokomi) and the other two I (pre) ordered and they arrived yesterday. Fourth one is on its way to me >3
