After a year and a half of treatment and over 50 trays, I am supposed to have my final appointment next Friday, juat wanted to see everyone's opinions. Sorry for the really bad picture taking skills
I have been cutting since the beginning of February and decided to end off the cut with a 3 day fast. I am down to 178 lbs after a peak bulk weight of 208. Now that I have gotten down to a reasonable level, should I continue to cut, or go into maintenence or maingaining? Any advice is greatly appreciated
Went to do my rear end links today, and the part in ordered from rock auto is completely the wrong orientation. The picture on the site also doesn't match this part but the part number is the same, did they just send the wrong stuff?
