[PhonePe SBI] What happens if i cancel my tickets?

I recently booked a few tickets worth 10k using PhonePe SBI CC and got 1k RP. Now if i redeem it to cash against the statement and later if I cancel the train tickets, what's gonna happen? Do they make the RP negative?
