Parents need tech (internet) help in the SW suburbs. Recommendations?
Their internet works, but it wasn't setup well and runs poorly. For example, the TV buffers if two people are online at the same time and there are like 3 or 4 different wifi names (1 that's not even password protected).
They want to get it fixed but don't know who to call. I can't imagine it's anything complicated. Does anyone have a recommendation?
They have Xfinity, if that matters. I don't live in the state, so I can't help myself.
