This all i can see. And wanted to ask the community ,Could this be the source of where the leak to my car is coming from? And if anyone can help what part is that?

Sounds like a starter problem..it feels like it want to start but it cant

Edit. I don't know what happened, but I called the tow company earlier. And when I went to to meet out with the tow guy where my car was parked to get my car, I started and it just started up.So I just drove it home. So I really don't know what the problem was.But it's working right now
