Kinda what the title says, I'm very confused as I just purchased a X870E Nova after my old ASUS TUF x870 died on me a couple weeks ago. I am running a 9800x3d so I know there may be issues there. It just confuses me to no end why on a cold boot it gets stuck on the 03 code, but when I hit the restart button on the board, it posts just fine.

Any suggestions on how to fix this so I don't have to constantly do a restart when booting?

Edit: I have updated bios to the latest version 3/4.60 (cannot remember exactly just remember the .60) and im running with 4 sticks of 16gb 6000.

Hello everyone, I've been having an issue with WE for a little while now and can't seem to find a fix. Every time I turn my computer off and back on (say at the end of a night and in the morning) WE starts up like it crashed. All fine and good, just hit okay and let it load. Oh where'd it go? Oh it crashed. Again. Let's load it back up, nope instantly crashes trying to load my wallpapers.

If I instead choose to cancel when it loads back up, it does let me pick and choose my wallpapers again and will load the same ones after repicking them. I am on an older graphics driver (AMD 25.9.1, the more recent 26 version keeps crashing games for me), could that be the issue? Any other suggestions are welcome. And no, none of my wallpapers are applications, they're all scenes.
