According to Fotmob Match ratings, Saka is the 3rd best performing player in the Premier League so far this season.
We can debate the effectiveness of Match Ratings and how accurate they are for days, but Saka is has been consistently one of the best rated players on match ratings every season, no matter how good or how bad he seems to perform, obviously recently hes been a bit frustrating to watch because of a few wasteful moments.
But he is also or top scorer this season, he might not be back to his absolute best but he is showing good signs. I get that people want to jump on a players back especially after the Brighton loss, which was more of a team effort at being shit than any individual player, but Jumping on the back of one of our highest output players is certainly a choice.
Also its early days in the season, I'd rather Saka be a slow starter and peak in May rather than come out the gates swinging and be shattered by the time the important games in May hit.
Look you can criticise him for certain parts of his game, but lets not act like hes a bad player like some people ive seen are tying to claim.
