Previous order 4 months ago (top of screenshot) - 3x 6 packs, £72 (on a “promotion”). Even the standard price of £107 is far too expensive.
Went to reorder. New bottles come with a new price - £126 😂😂😂
I get about 8 litres from a bottle, so that’s 90p a litre for syrup. Plus gas. Making the drinks £1.25-1.50 a bottle. So £2 a litre.
It’s £1.30 a litre in cans from online shops.
My flabber is now gasped.
After a weeks delay thanks to a really quite poor courier (DX Freight, here in the UK) who just kept not bothering to turn up (literally!) I finally got my latest printer installed. Unfortunately it’s too large to live in my office where I wanted it, so it’s been relegated to the garage. Probably for the best as I’m not sure I fancy doing laser engraving etc next to my desk really!
Anyway…
Usual Bambi setup experience - coming from a P2S and then an X2D (which has now been returned) this was simple to setup and intuitive to configure.
The additional build volume will be nice to have for sure - this machine should give me the versatility that we need to do everything I want as an enthusiastic hobbyist!
There’s several reasons I’m returning this x2d and getting an h2c instead, but nonetheless I’ll appreciate the larger build volume when it arrives! 😂
