I am writing this out of sheer frustration at the technical neglect and blatant misinformation I have experienced over the last nine days with Jio Fiber. I ended up using an AI to help me organize my thoughts and structure this timeline cleanly because my brain is completely fried dealing with their support.
Here is the exact timeline of how Jio Fiber has completely failed to deliver the service I pay for:
For nine straight days, I have had no internet, multiple broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. At this point, I am tired of dealing with their basic customer care loop.
Does anyone here have experience taking an ISP to the Consumer Forum (NCH/consumer court) in India? What legal options or escalation paths do I have to hold them accountable for providing fraudulent status updates and failing to provide a paid service for over a week? Any advice on how to file a formal complaint effectively would be greatly appreciated.
(Note: Used AI to help structure and format this post into a clean timeline because I'm too exhausted to type it all out properly.)
TL;DR: My Jio Fiber connection has been dead for 9 days. Their technicians (Sonu Kumar,Ravish Kumar and Dipu Kumar) have repeatedly missed appointments and logged fraudulent system updates claiming I "wasn't at home" when no one even called or showed up. I'm trapped in a customer care loop and want to know how to take legal action via the Consumer Forum.
Hey everyone,
I’m in a massive dilemma right now regarding whether I should take a full drop, a partial drop from DU, or a partial drop from my hometown. I am a General candidate with CW Quota Priority 6 (Children of Ex-Servicemen) targeting B.Com (Hons).
My raw score is 856/1000 (roughly 656/800 for DU metrics), and the breakdown honestly hurts because I know I underperformed due to factors completely out of my control:
I know for a fact that if I was in the right headspace and didn't get screwed by the center conditions, I am easily a 940+ candidate. I can max out Accounts, Eco, and BST with just consistent practice, and English was a total anomaly.
Here are the options I’m weighing right now:
Given that my domain prep is already near-perfect.what is the most logical move here? How competitive is CW Priority 6 for BCom (Hons) in North/South Campus at this score?
Appreciate any insights, especially from partial droppers or CW candidates!

The technician that came today for service was adamant on relocation and that I should get a airfiber. This also happened on last service visit.
