I saw this post from black phoenix customs x jm. I checked and neither of them sell the slide release and pins does anyone know where to find that type of blue on those?

Does anyone know what this is? Or if it’s a pepper spray, I saw someone post it but with no link and the post is now deleted but I did get a pic of it.
