Sapazzan Skerry and Orvar

Hey! I know that you cast a spell and put it on the stack first before you pay any costs, which leads me to believe that if you were to cast an instant or sorcery targeting Sapazzan Skerry with orvar on the field, you'd be able to have the orvar trigger on the stack and copy the Skerry prior to tapping it, and thus copying it prior to having to sacrifice it. However, I'm not entirely certain that'll work, so I just want to check. Thanks!

Pronouns at a restaurant

I was eating at this restaurant with my brother and grandparents, and our waiter was a woman who looked androgynous with obviously more feminine features, but I was still curious about her pronouns, so I just asked her. But my family thinks this is weird and that it doesn't matter, which yeah they're right, but it's not taboo is it? I'd rather ask for her pronouns than just assume she's a woman when she's acc nonbinary right? Am I crazy?

(I'm a bi cis male if it matters)

As of around 3 hours ago, here's what I've learned!
- Probably best not to ask pronouns in a context where I'm not getting to know the person
- Just call people by their name
- Location is important (Red state vs Blue state or Finland vs some parts of the middle east)
Thank you to everyone who's commented, I genuinely appreciate the helpful words.

As the title says, I can't find anything definitive anywhere, and I don't want to support the ai episodes any more than I have to. The concept is genuinely so good imo, but I can't bring myself to watch the ai.

I was thinking, how would a phone call work from space to earth over super vast distances? It's been in my mind for a minute, because of time dilation (I think that's what it's called). If I was X light years away from earth, wouldn't it take X time for me to say "hi, how are you?" broadcasted down to earth?

If I explained it poorly, I'm sorry. I'm not certain how to put it into the right words lol.
