Does anyone know if it’s possible to pay an Alipay business QR code from outside China?

We’re still in the Philippines and signed up for Alipay. I’ve already completed identity verification using my passport, but I can’t add funds to my Alipay because it only accepts Chinese bank accounts.

I also tried paying by scanning the merchant QR code using my linked debit card, but the transaction was declined with the message: “Transaction terminated due to suspicious activity.”

Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, were you able to find a workaround? Or is there a reliable transfer service that can help with payments to Alipay business accounts?
