Opened up the project car and found a surprise

I've got a car I've been working on here and there for a few years. The last year I haven't shown it any attention and thus it sat this entire time. Today I opened it up and found some mold/mildew?! Looked around and seems to only be on the seats/dash and centre console. I'm just wondering how salvageable this can be considering I've got a heap of new parts to put on but don't want to bother if this is going to be no bueno.

Can I use some concoctions or store products and get this cleaned up?

Custom Setups vs Neutral/Loose/Tight for online racing

I've had a few conversations lately with folks who race in leagues and others I've met in public lobbies about how they set their cars up for racing. I've had some league racers mention they mainly do custom setups but sometimes run neutral as well. The pub racers seem to stick with the games default setups and say they're able to run fast laps as it is.

So I'm wondering if setups truly make a difference or can you run the games default setups and adjust accordingly during pit stops during the race?
