Is my NAS even secure?

I'm stuggling with how this is meant to be protected/private or am I just missing something?

When creating default folders through HEXOS it allows any user on the network to jump in and edit the contents, totally ignoring users and permissions. I've tried to collect the folders in a private folder by changing the deafult locations but doing so meant none of the apps will install.

Esstentially I don't want the NAS to be discoverable by anyone and it to be only accesed by a direct path with user permissions. The folders that are created by deafult through HexOS should either be accesed by the admin only or stored in a seperate folder that no one is allowed to use other than admin..

Can anyone share some light? loosing my marbles about it

Shuffle or not to shuffle, that is the question

Shuffling has gotten worse and worse on Tidal, the app consistently shuffles the same songs. I don't mean like most recent tracks either. In my track/loved playlists I have over 1000 songs, so its diverse but yet i hear the same songs being shuffled, so i skip them. My tracks are downloaded and i find being in offline mode makes no difference. Am I the only one?

I've had Tidal for several years now but only noticed it in the last year or so. The reason i have more focus on it is because when I'm on my commute to work, I just want to shuffle my tracks and go. Being on a motorcycle and playing music through my helmet it's not exactly simple to restart the app to reset the shuffle.

Refreshing my 685 S2 & HTM62 S2

Recently I got a new Denon AVR to turn my stereo hi-fi to a cinema surround set-up.

My speakers are looking tired but still sound great! I just think the UK heat hasn't helped the finish, also noticing a corner chip :/

What can I do to refresh them so they look closer to new?
