Spiritual slump with Asmodeus and Lilith
Hi, I had a more practical question regarding what you usually do when in a spiritual slump with your demons?
Because, for the past months, I've been in a general slump, unable to perform any grand spells or any kind of rituals, especially on the days I honour my deities. I used to do extensive research about King Asmodeus and Mother Lilith (not just them tho) on the days I honour them but right now, I can only light up their candle, make my usual offerings of black coffee and dark chocolate and just go with my day by doing absolutely nothing productive. I'm no longer able to do some shadow work because it's too taxing for me, even though I continue going to therapy twice to four times a month.
And I know it definitely has something to do with my general burnout (my therapist talked about that during my last appointment) but I can't help but worry King Asmodeus and Mother Lilith will, I don't know, pull away from me because I'm no longer able to do grand things for them.
So, I came here for help, do you have any idea of what I could do to not lose my relationship with my demons because of a burnout?
