What kind of hair do I have?

This 2 days no shampoo, use moroccan leave in conditioner and frizz spray every morning. This is when I just wake up before any styling. What type of hair would you say I have?

Right now I'm using sea salt spray only and I tend to like how it looks by night time, but spend much of the day with more puffy hair like this. I'd like to be more like the second picture. Also need the product to be fairly light and I don't want to look wet! Thanks in advance.

As the title says, this is an update to a previous post. Been growing it out for about half a year now and I honestly am feeling super awkward at work with my hair. Sometimes the right side (longer side from part) even does this weird sticking up thing at the ends. Also, I basically can't keep it up, it just falls over my face in an awkward way.

Any advice to control it a bit more without making it look unnatural or wet with product?

Edit for products: I currently have been using some sea salt spray and strong hold clay.
