Beginner looking for advice on my first racket 🎾

Hi! Newbie to tennis here, with around 3 coaching sessions pa lang. My coach pushed me to join the intermediate class this Sunday, so I was hoping to get some practice in on my own before then.

I'm thinking of getting the Adult Tennis Racket Kuikma Easy from Decathlon since it's pretty affordable and I don't want to break the bank while I'm still figuring out if I'll stick with tennis. I'm also pretty petite and I've noticed that I tend to prefer lighter rackets during practice.

I'm not really sure where to start when it comes to buying my first racket though hahaha

  • Is the Kuikma Easy a decent racket for a beginner?
  • How do I figure out what grip size I should get?
  • Does Decathlon string it for you when you buy it, or does it come already strung?
  • Do I need to worry about the grip right away, or can I just use whatever comes with the racket?
  • How many balls should I get if I'm mostly just practicing on my own?

I'm trying to keep the racket + balls around ₱2k max for now.

Sorry for all the questions! Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you so muchhh!

Counterfeit Product bought from LazMall

I only recently learned through this sub that even products sold by supposed LazMall stores can be counterfeit. I've always thought na once the store is LazMall, you can be 100% sure it's authentic.

I recently bought Charlotte Tilbury finishing powder on HIKA Beauty, thinking it's a legit store. However when the item arrived, I already had my doubts with the packaging. When I checked the label at the back, it even had a typo (COMPLEXION PERFRCTING MICPO POWDER)

It's so disappointing lang na our only safeguard sana when buying online is when a store is tagged as MALL (LazMall, ShopeeMall, etc.) Pero even then, you cannot be assured of authenticity pala
