Is this too much cardio?
I usually walk most days for 2 hours and I lift weights 3-4 times a week and then also do 1h of treadmill after every workout (usually 12.5-15 incline at 2-2.5 speed)
I’m 27,6’0,165lbs and have a skinny fat physique.

I make it a habit to always stop for pedestrians because 1) it’s the law, and 2) I know how it feels when drivers don’t stop for me. Something I’ve noticed over the years, though, is that whenever I stop for pedestrians, they’ll sometimes get annoyed and wave me off even when I’ve already stopped. For example, earlier today I stopped for someone who was waiting at a crosswalk. She waved me off once, but I waved for her to go. Instead, she just gave me a dirty look and stood there staring at me for a good 20 seconds until I decided to just go first. I’ve even got cussed out once for stopping for someone.
I would’ve chalked it up to coincidence, but it’s happened so many times now that I’m starting to wonder if this is a part of Canadian culture that I’m unaware of.
I usually go on walks every night, and tonight a Lebanese guy stopped me and kinda forced me to say hi and shake his hand. He did the usual “where are you from, are you Muslim, we’re neighbours, etc” but he also kept saying, “On my head, you’re expensive.” I was really confused and asked what that meant, and his friends started laughing and said it was a Lebanese greeting. But I texted my friend later, and he told me the guy was calling me a slave.
