Just recently learned of this mechanic and tried it in practicetool. In the first part of the video I got it right. In the second part you can clearly see the DMG number from EQ on the training dummy before jumping to the target of my R but the Q-stack doesn't apply?!
Does it have to be the same target as the one you R? So did I ult too late here?

Yesterday I installed the new GPU and had no issues at all. Today I can't even load into a game before it crashes. When it crashes I get black screen (game sound still audible), the Windows GPU Driver restart sound and after a short while the monitor loses connection to the GPU and after another few seconds windows restarts. After the restart the driver is gone and I have to unistall with DDU in safe mode and install it again. No undervolting or overclocking of the GPU.
My specs:
Ryzen 7 5800X3D
RX 9070 XT (Aorus Elite)
MSI MPG X570 Gaming plus
NZXT C850 Gold Core
32GB DDR4 Corsair Vengance
Win 10
Every driver is up to date (Bios, Chipset, GPU Driver, Windows - yes still Win10 but up to date)
I tried monitoring to see if the GPU is acting up before the crash but since the PC restarts I cannot save the monitoring logs. There are no entries in Windows event log as well.
No other game has this issue and it is not the CPU/GPU combination since I have great performance on other titles (Black Myth Wukong, Hogwarts Legacy, Where Winds Meet, etc.)
Things I have tried so far, Verified Steam files, deleted shader, turning of XMP (read that this could cause similar issues). Right now I am preparing for Win11 hope it is Win10 but idk.
When ever I start the game I have usually a ping of around 30 *in menu* (still high for my location), but as soon as I start a game I get rerouted to US AWS servers instead of the EU one. My ping in game shows around 50ms but it feels way worse (Lag/spikes/ring tick dmg). Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I am no expert on this topic, maybe I misinterpret the information... any explanation is welcome.
