It's Anton instead of Grace but the Anton Subreddit is non-existent and I wanted to share.

What’s your ideal fight duration?

Just something I’ve been thinking about recently.

In order for a fight or combat encounter to feel satisfying for me, it needs to last 2~3 minutes.
Less than that and it doesn’t feel like a real battle. It might feel anticlimactic, maybe I didn’t use some of my Agents’ Ultimates. The enemy might not have even been able to do everything in their move list.
Longer than that, and the enemies just start feeling too spongy. The challenge starts becoming less fun and more annoying. Even my Agents’ biggest moves don’t feel powerful because they don't move the HP bar very far.
But within that 2-3 minute range you get many options to make a fun fight. Stay just under and around the 2 minute mark and you get a bit of power fantasy being able to stomp on the enemy. Land in the middle and you get your "worthy opponent" fights. Get over or around that 3 minute mark and it's a nice challenge to overcome. It's also the perfect range to let you "do everything" two or three times. If you mess up a stun rotation, no biggie, you still got two more chances to nail it. The enemy also gets their time to do everything they have at their disposal.

I think this is part of why I don't really vibe with the new Shiyu Defense system. If you want a higher score, you need to play less game. There is the angle of needing to route your resources to get more efficient kills, but that's only fun so many times for me.

What about everyone else? What do you look for in a fight?

LEGO Brickheads Solider 11!

u/CrazyKitty2008 posted a custom Brickheads S11 the other day, and I decided to build it for real!

Their original BrickLink Studio file had lots of custom/rare color pieces, so I swapped them out for more common colors that I actually had on-hand. For example, I used Orange here, while Light Orange would be closer to her actual outfit color.

If you want to try to make one yourself, here's my edited BLStudio file!

  • Check [Model > Model info] for a parts list you can organize by color, name, etc.
  • Any PINK pieces can be ANY COLOR. Check Kitty's original file too for alternate piece options.
  • Go to [Instruction] when you want to start building. I split the build up into layers with "steps" to make following along a little easier.

Shoutout to Speed Champion sets LOL. They really carried with all the little slope pieces.
