I get hours of free time during breaks. There isn't anything to do in GNDU except walking to fun bites and back. Can I join and regularly play any sports during college or after hours. I am interested in all sports.

I really read many mixed reviews about tvs servicing online. I wanted to crosscheck if they are true. Ia m about to buy a bike and cannot decide between tvs apache and bmw.

The bmw servicing costs significantly higher however the tvs service doesn't have many positive reviews. If someone owns a TVS motorcycle please help.

I have UCAT on 23rd (PCM) for btech cse admissions. I have not opened a single book since boards ended. My JEE mains went horribly. Is it still possible to crack the exam?

If yes what all should I study since the syllabus is huge.

I had been considering manipal since last month. Today I called to pay the fee. Before on reddit, I had talked to seniors and seen many posts.

I was told that the fee+hostel and message would cost me around 27L and my total expenditure would be around 30-31L throughout college.

I was shocked when the college told me that the tuition fee was 20L and now if I take a double sharing hostel my total expenditure would easily stretch to 40L.

My parents are ready to pay but I don't think this much money is worth it for and roi of 6-7LPA average and 10-12LPA even if I perform very well.

I thought manipal jaipur gave direct merit based admission even in Btech. My form shows *appeared in MET* as an eligibility criteria.

My exam is day after tomorrow. I didnt study anything since 2 months (after boards). Is it important to give the exam? Do I need a good score for Btech CSE?

I have 88% in board exams.

I am thinking about admission. I did not have high expectations from LPU. One of my relatives is working in philips. She told me that 4 students from LPU are doing internship in her company at 45k/month and PPO is 11LPA.

One of the students told that the placement was on campus and even companies like microsoft and amazon visit the campus every year.

It is kind of hard for me to believe as I personally thought that at max companies offering 12LPA visit the campus, all good placements are off campus. But the comment from this student (at philips) kind of shocked me...

Is this true? Because amazon and microsoft packages easily go upto 20LPA+

Hello everyone. I am from Amritsar itself. I am considering GNDU for admission in Btech CSE this year. I wanted to ask about the college life in general, since there arent many clear cut yourube videos.
My parents want me to join here so I would be already missing out on hostel life if I join. Is the regular college life good?
Do clubs exist?
Is sports good?
I like to play guitar so are there any good annual fests when I can have a chance at performing?

This really matters to me a lot. Because ik that the average placements of the uni arent good. Will I atleast be able to have a good college life...
