🫐 True Blueberry Cheesecake V.2

Hmm, yes … it’s me yet again 🤘🏽 Soooo I had the day off and I’ve sent the recipe to everyone that asked for it .
Oh yeah, right… so I made more adjustments and changed the exterior design as well. Those that reached out, I mentioned somewhere along the lines that the recipes I share are not one and final, I’m always seeking more ways to make the recipe better and flavorful and this is the prime example of that.

Those that know and those who don’t , I do NOT use the springform pan, no waterbath , and I do not prebake my crust … if anything , I refrigerate it until it’s ready to be used.
The batter is made of blueberries as well. It’s not too blueberry-ish nor too cream cheesy … it’s perfectly balanced and it’s not overly sweet either. Toasting the sugar helps in that aspect.

Those who are new , feel free to reach out and ask for the recipe.
Those who have the other version prior to this one, I’ll message you with the updated recipe in due time !
Thanks for reading and enjoy the view from behind your screen ! (:

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake

Let me present to you this exquisite beauty … Vanilla Bean Cheesecake!
Super rich and creamy.
As you can see in the pictures, no springform pan, no pre-baking the crust, and no water-bath method.
All those things are outdated and boring, let’s be honest .
Mind you, this recipe you won’t find anywhere else.
Technically, it doesn’t exist because yall have that springform pan and waterbath mentality 🥱🤭🤭

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake

Uh-oh … I’ve done it again!
Let me present to you this exquisite beauty … Vanilla Bean Cheesecake!
Super rich and creamy.
As you all know by now… Im the one behind the “ True Blueberry Cheesecake”.
As you can see in the pictures, no springform pan, no pre-baking the crust, no waterbath ( hence the knife on the pan as proof).
All this is a thing of the past.
If you want to change the way you make cheesecakes and really WOW people , message me and I’ll share my recipe with yall. Mind you, this recipe you won’t find anywhere else.

Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Believe it or not … This is a cheesecake , à peanut butter cheesecake.
I do not pre-bake the crust, I don’t use a springform pan , and I do not use the “wAtErBaTh” method .
The pan I use is different… you can ask me about it .
Now THIS is what a cheesecake should look like … big and tall 😋 . I have more posts of other cheesecakes I’ve made as well.

If you ask for the recipe through the comments , I won’t share it with you because you didn’t read this all the way . I need to see some effort lol
If you did read this far, just send me a dm and I’ll gladly share the recipe 🤘🏽

🫐 True Blueberry Cheesecake

Good day to y’all 🤘🏽
As you guys are well aware by now… this and every other cheesecake i make is NOT made with a springform pan and no waterbath either . Oh, no prebaking the either . Pretty cool huh 🤔
Now THIS is a prime example of what true BLUEBERRY 🫐 cheesecake should look like .
I made this a while back , so the outer appearance is a little ugly but the cheesecake is blueberry.
This is Not like others who slap glaze or syrup on top and call it a “ blueberry, strawberry, cherry, etc …” cheesecake or the classic add purée and swirl it around …. NAY.
It took me 4 attempts to get this recipe right and it’s still a work in progress but the flavor is there.
Well balanced . The blueberry is not overwhelming and you can taste both the cream cheese mixture and blueberry evenly.
To your surprise, it’s not as sweet as you may think either !
This has been my most popular choice of flavor from many customers .
If you ask for the recipe through the comments , I won’t share it with you because you didn’t read this all the way . I need to seem some effort … Jeesh .
If you did read this far, just send me a dm and I’ll gladly share the recipe 🤘🏽

Lemon cheesecake

This is a lemon cheesecake 😮‍💨🤌🏽 I got a bit distracted , hence, the small little brownness on top. Still came out pretty good !
As ive posted before … this isn’t your typical springform pan cheesecake and I don’t use the “ waterbath” method either .
This cheesecake , you won’t find a recipe for it anymore because I use a special pan , which is the main reason why the cheesecake comes out as big and tall as it does.
Im working on putting up my website but for now, you can message me if you’re interested in the recipe for this and any other cheesecakes i have posted or will post 🤘🏽

Tiramisu and Vanilla Cheesecakes

Believe it or not , these bad boys are cheesecakes…
One is just a vanilla cheesecake with strawberry mascarpone cream and sliced strawberries.
The other one is a coffee cheesecake with mascarpone as the batter flavor with tiramisu and mascarpone cream as the outer decorative layer with lady fingers and cacao (Dutch chocolate 100%) powder .
Just like my last post , these are NOT springform pan cheesecakes nor do I use the “waterbath “ method. These are recipes ive created and finalized after multiple failed batches 🙃
DM me if yall are interested in the recipe.
