New to collecting Pokémon - should I open these or keep them sealed? Bought in Romania
Hi everyone! I’m pretty new to Pokémon collecting, but I’ve been following Pokémon for a long time and always loved the artwork.
I recently bought these in Romania: a Mega Lucario ex League Battle Deck and a Mega Evolution: Chaos Rising Elite Trainer Box. My main interest is collecting for the artwork and hobby enjoyment, not really investing or reselling.
I’m a bit torn: should I open them and enjoy the cards/packs, or keep them sealed because the boxes look really cool too?
Also, since I bought them while traveling in Romania, I’d appreciate any thoughts on whether these look okay/authentic from the photos. I’m still learning what to check.
What would you do as a beginner collector who mostly cares about the art?
