What kind of police department waits half an hour to send someone to a home invasion call? What kind of agency apprehends a suspect who is drunk, tweaking tweaking and just broke into a home, but lets him walk off without so much as a ticket? The world wonders....

I have dealt with westminster pd multiple times involving violent suspects and they have done nothing about it at every turn. If they wont act, then who will? If they wont even send someone until long after the incident is over, it feels as if we dont need them to exist as an agency and we would be better off handling things ourselves.

I just got a 6d baseball bat Maglite. Its pretty old and seems to have a incandescent bulb. Im looking to convert it to an led and try to squeeze some more power out of it. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
