Effortless Curve Pants at Outlets?

Hi everyone!

The Effortless Curve pants are my go to for office wear, and I’ve been keeping an eye on the prices for over a year now. They rarely go on sale, and when they do, it seems like the Curve line is never included in my size (8 or 10). 😭
I’d love to buy a few more pairs, but I just can’t justify spending $158 + tax per pair, especially when I need multiple pairs for work.

Does anyone know if either the Toronto Premium Outlets or Niagara Outlet carries Curve products? Unfortunately, the regular mall stores near me don’t carry the Curve line.

After years of being dismissed, I finally have a new doctor appointment. Any advice?

Hi everyone!

After spending most of 2026 on a waitlist, I finally have the opportunity to start fresh with a new doctor, and I want to make sure I'm advocating for myself! I've had the same family doctor for over a decade, and unfortunately my concerns about PMDD and hormonal health were never really investigated beyond routine annual blood work. When I brought up the symptoms I experience 7–10 days before my period, I was told to get more sleep and exercise.

I strongly suspect I have PMDD based on my symptoms and the fact that I almost always feel significantly better once my period starts (ofc period days suck but that has always been the norm). I've been dealing with this for nearly 3 years. What started as occasional difficult cycles has gradually become a monthly experience, and now my life feels like it's revolving around two weeks of misery each cycle. It's affecting my relationships, work, and overall mental health. Some cycles I avoid leaving the house for days because of how overwhelming everything feels. I know I can't keep living this way.

For those who have been through the diagnostic process, are there any specific tests or evaluations you would recommend asking my doctor about? I've seen people mention thyroid testing to rule out other conditions. I'm located in Canada, if that makes any difference.

Thank you so much for any advice or experiences you're willing to share :)
