Stroller recommendations ~1500 AED

Hey everyone,

I am currently living in the UAE but will be moving back home to Pakistan soon, and I’m trying to lock down a high-quality, sturdy stroller/travel system here before flying out.
I was browsing online and absolutely fell in love with the Joie Ginger stroller (which often comes as a travel system with the Mint Latch car seat). What I love about it is the versatility. The main stroller seat can instantly transform into a completely lie-flat newborn pramette/bassinet without needing a separate, bulky bassinet attachment. Then, as the baby grows, it transitions right into a parent-facing or world-facing toddler seat.

The problem is, I cannot find the Joie Ginger and Mint system anywhere online or in stores here in the UAE (I think it might be a US-specific release).
Instead, I keep seeing the Joie Muze in local stores. From what I can tell, the Muze is just a standard stroller where the seat can recline, but it completely lacks that actual convertible bassinet-to-toddler structural feature.
Has anyone used both or can confirm the exact differences?

What I need help with:
Since I can't get the Ginger/Mint model here, what are your best recommendations for a very sturdy travel system available in the UAE that has that exact same feature (a seat that converts into a true lie-flat bassinet without needing a separate attachment)?
Budget: Up to 1500 AED.

Must-have: Sturdy wheels/suspension (vital for uneven pavements back home) and that multi-purpose convertible bassinet seat.

Would love to hear what brands or specific models you guys suggest looking at in Babyshop, Mothercare, or Centrepoint! Thanks in advance! 😊

Should I change my OBGYN over snarky comment?

I had my first early scan today at 6+wks.I am currently under an immense amount of stress. I am a doctor myself (not currently practicing)and have a postgraduate board exam this coming week. Because of exam anxiety mixed with early pregnancy and our upcoming move, my nausea has been brutal.
My very first question to the OBGYN was asking for a safe anti-emetic prescription so I can physically get through the exam hall next week. Her immediate response was: "You have an exam? Whose idea was it to get pregnant?"
I was completely taken aback and stunned in the exact moment. My brain didn't process the shock fast enough to lay out the full logic to her face. We've been trying to conceive for a full year you can't just pause your career indefinitely while trying and the exam doesn't even coincide with delivery/labor. To embarrass her for judging me, I just replied: "We’ve actually been trying for a year."
She answered my remaining questions with a smile, but the tone felt condescending and colored the whole visit. I’ve heard from locals that she is a sweet and competent doctor😅 Which is why i chose her. Also, we share the same home country background.
We are actually permanently relocating back home in two months and I will be delivering there, so I only need a couple more appointments in the UAE anyway. My husband also found her comment snarky and told me I can change doctors if I want, but his advice is to just let it go since we aren't delivering here anyway.
Am I being too sensitive, or is it worth the hassle of switching doctors for just one or two remaining appointments?

EDIT: i know people are saying it might be a joke but it definitely wasnt delivered like one. as a doctor myself i find it highly unprofessional. you learn pretty early on in your career that you dont make assumptions about a patients life or fertility journey. i had really high hopes for her until that point so the condescending tone was very disappointing.

Moving back to Pak from UAE. What are the actual real newborn essentials I should buy here vs. there?

Hey everyone! First-time parents here, currently living in the UAE but moving back to Pakistan soon. Our baby will be born in Pakistan.
Since imported baby gear is heavily taxed, insanely expensive and sometimes plagued by copies/counterfeits or damaged packaging in Pakistan, we want to buy all our core, high-quality "peace of mind" items while we are still in Dubai/UAE.
We don't want a bunch of useless clutter. What do we actually need to buy here that is 100% worth hauling across borders, and what can we safely buy locally in Pakistan?
