I thought you could no longer return Amazon items via Royal Mail pick up? I hadn't seen the option for a long time, I've previously used it, it's very convenient.

I've just tried to use that option and when I confirm the choice on Amazon, I received this email from Royal Mail, I went on the 'Book your collection' page, typed in the barcode on the email that starts 'QY' and ends in 'GB'. It states 'Print label at home' on the booking page but there is no option to display the label. Amazon states Royal Mail will have the label, there is no option to print on Amazon. I book the pickup and the postman advises he doesn't have the label and there should be an option I can tick for him to generate the label. I cancel this return and generate another on Amazon, I receive the same error email from Royal Mail suggesting I book the collection myself again. There is no option on either site to print the label or for Royal Mail to provide the label.

I'm just going to go down the post office with the usual QR code but for future returns, how do I get this to work?
