I’m not sure how I’ll ever get back to the standard I was at while the fear of re injuring plays on my mind. The damage from my injury was pretty brutal (wasn’t just my ACL), but i don’t remember having any pain when it happened. So, I think it’s more just how long the journey has been, the abilities I lost and had to re learn to do, I’m not even entirely sure. I’m a go hard or go home person, but going hard is how I got hurt 😬
