Lemmel, '58 -- looking for more info

I recently inherited this painting, and although I've looked, I have not been able to find any information online about it or the painter.

The painting had been in a home in Delaware (USA) for a long time. Unsure if '58 means 1958 or 1858, but both could be possible as some of the items in the house did date back to the 1800s.

On the back you'll see a signature that says John Wanamaker. I know he was a merchant a long time ago, and responsible for the Wanamaker's department store chain.

If you have any more info, or if you think it may be worthwhile to have this appraised, I'd be glad to know.

Thanks to anyone who can share info!

Help identifying Chinese cloisonné jars

Clearing out the home of a deceased relative with 3 or 4 generations of stuff and found these two jars. Each are about 11 inches tall, and mostly made of metal, looks like brass. I have so far identified these as being Chinese cloisonné jars, possibly for ginger, but I don't know anything else. There are no markings of any kind that I could see.

If anyone could tell me more about them like how old they might be (some of the stuff in this home dates back to the 1800s so, many things are possible), who might have made them, the region they come from, etc., I would love to know.

Thanks!

Mid-Atlantic infected serviceberry/Juneberry question

I've been seeing this rust infection spreading around various places in this region for a while now, some at public parks. Should I be asking parks or whoever if they would consider replacing infected trees? Would that help stop the spread or is it too late for infected areas? I've been told trying to take care of the soil via fertilizers and such can help with how well the serviceberry handles the infection,, but I'm curious if there's other methods for how to intervene. I really like this tree/bush/shrub thing and its fruit. It sucks in seasons when they're all completely infected like this.

What manner of bramble fruits are these? 👀 (US Mid-Atlantic region)

There does tend to be a lot of blackberries in this region so that's a possibility. But certainly something in that family. Thanks if you can help ID.

Located in Delaware/Mid-Atlantic/USA. I made sure to collect the young curled ones (some of these I tossed because they were less curled) but the more I look around various foraging pages and such, the less certain I am that these are the right kind for consumption. They do all have the u-shaped stems. Don't worry, I have not eaten any yet. Just trying to ID them before I cook any.
