Tried amul protein sweet lassi today(my experiment)
For 25rs it gives 15gm protein
The lassi is so thick that it gets stuck in the walls of the tetra pack.
Cannot feasibly drink all through the tiny straw
Technically almost 5gm protein stuffs gets wasted and you get mostly the liquid stuffs
Rather buy 10rd amul lassi packets which contains some 4gm protein each
Drink 3 packets each day
30rs each day
12gm protein and you also stay hydrated
