Sister Act 2 is one of those film’s that you can watch today to reminisce or just get a vibe of what the 90s looked like if you didn’t live it. Very nostalgic.

When you heard the distinct sound coming from this Alarm clock as a kid, you knew your parents were about to come tell you it’s time to get ready for school 🏫🥹

Wha is an effective approach to take with drivers who refuse to stop talking to you?

I took the advise of some people on here to just directly tell the driver that you don’t want to have a conversation and they got offended…

Ive taken plenty of rides enduring drivers who don’t know how to stop talking. I’ve given them hint after hint that I don’t want to have a drawn out conversation. I give very brief responses, and don’t ask any questions in return.

Apparently some just can’t take a hint or are just inconsiderate. I’ve read a few responses from others on here that say. “Just be direct and tell them you just don’t want to talk”

So I did just that. I even wore my headphones but sure enough this driver started with their line of questioning. I politely responded, directly answering and not giving them anything to keep the conversation going…

That wasn’t enough, so I politely stated. “Hey, I have a long day ahead of me and I would just like to relax and not talk” There response is “Well, you are in my car” (with an attitude) and I’m like yeah, that’s what I’m paying the service for. To take me to from point A to point B.

Some drivers need understand that passengers are not there to be their entertainment. I understand the job can get boring. But most of us deal with the same thing. Work is definitely not meant to always be fun or interesting.

I understand that some people just like talking to others all the time but talk to the people who want to talk you. It should be as simple as that.

Edit: Sorry for the typo in the title *What.
