Hi I'm 22F, about to graduate in 2027 with CS degree, I am looking for SE- Java backend fresher roles but i have no such luck yet (backend, cause idk frontend yet).
On the top of that i keep hearing about nepotism and internal connection , cheating in interviews etc etc, so is it even worth trying? I am a fresher so i am keeping my goal realistic, not targeting FAANG etc, just a job with a package good enough for now and then i can switch, but i cant even find anything around 6-8lpa anywhere
My clg placements are very bad, like very very bad
