Safe Air Fresheners

Hello! I have been trying to do research to find a safe air freshener option for myself and my pets. I have two dogs and a cat and cannot stand the thought of my home smelling even slightly funky because of it. I know commercial companies are not good options as far as safety for my pets and myself. I am wondering if anyone has found any company that is safe, or at least safer, for long term use with my pets or an alternative that will help keep my home smelling nice? I'm looking for something like a plug in diffuser or something that continually works even when I'm not home.

Diet Strategy

I, like many people I'm sure, struggle to stick to a diet/calorie deficit. I find this mainly due to the fact that I get burnt out on tracking incredibly quick and/or I become so hyper focused on it that I feel like I can't live and enjoy my life. I know I can do it and have done it successfully in the past, but I always get to a point where I'm so burnt out from tracking that I just give up and as of recent years, I haven't been able to get myself to stick to it for more than a week or so. I have tried to track one day a week and then just eat the same thing every day, but I really struggle with eating the same thing every day. Maybe that's because I haven't found the right thing for me to like enough to eat it every day, or maybe it's because I'm just not disciplined enough, but trying to eat the same thing every day usually leads to overeating within a few days.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips or ideas for how I can stick to a calorie deficit without having to track every single thing? I understand tracking is truly the only sure fire way to know I'm in a deficit, but I find it to be too mentally taxing a majority of the time.

Carryon

Hello! I’ve flown Breeze before, Thursday will be my second flight with them. I got the basic fare again that doesn’t include a carryon, just a personal item. The first time we flew, the flight was only about half full, so plenty of overhead space. I’ve checked the seats on this flight as well and it still looks like it’ll be pretty empty.
I’m just wondering, how strict are they on their carryon policy? If I scan, will it show that I’m only supposed to have a personal item and will they try to charge me for a carryon, regardless of how full or empty the flight is?
I’m cheap and poor and if I don’t have to pay $80 to add a carryon, that would be cool. I don’t usually try to cheat the system and I’ll probably just end up sticking with my personal item and making it work regardless, but wanted to check. Thanks!
