sigh

anyone know how to get back into a google account you forgot the password to? it’s linked to an old number of my that i no longer have, i’m trying to get back into my YouTube channel it’s still connected to my tv if that means anything but it’s not on my phone; i had been trying to fix a glitch issue with my second account that wouldn’t let me watch anything on the app and ofc i go to google and saw advice to log out of all the accounts and relog in which leads me to my current situation of not being able to get back into my main account ☹️

pls tell me i won’t have to make another and can get her back

life advice wanted

hi, i’m new to this so..
I (19F) am a high school dropout with no license, relationships or job and still live at home. Being younger and struggling with mental health, I let my procrastination and anxiety get the best of me. I am now struggling with growing older as I’ll be 20 soon. I don’t know how to be an adult, so I would like advice on where to start. I want to get my life together even though it’s extremely overwhelming since idk what i’m doing. I think I’m going to start studying for my ged and get my permit, any decent paying jobs that would take a hs dropout? Maybe ones that I can stay home, my father is absent and my mother complains every time we talk about me getting a job. I have work experience, though I was 14 and 16 when I had those, so I’m not completely inexperienced.
