Unless you bind superuniques like hephasto, bound demons will not move from your position after teleporting unless you move yourself. It also locks your merc in place (way more annoying). This bug has existed in d2r for as long as I remember, it's the reason that I don't use revives on necros. It wasn't really a problem for warlock pre-patch because you basically always used hephasto or another superunique and they don't have this issue. Now it seems like you need to invest 20 hard points into bind in order to have a demon that doesn't do this, which feels like a huge waste; I don't need hephasto on an abyss lock, I just want any demon with an aura. Hope they fix this soon. Video for reference.
