I trimmed the audio file from dark heaven to the line "if we sing, would you save us?" ( It is my favorite part of the song and rips my heart every time). Uploaded it to a visual converter, and bam! Thinking about getting it printed on canvas.

President is healing my soul. My decades long anxiety has been intensely eating me alive for the last two months. For some reason this song just, hit everything I needed right now. The lines "you watched us burn." and "If we sing would you save us!" had me in tears. Thank you Mr. President 🫡

This is how my Narciso Rodriguez EDP Poudreé arrived. It was a blind buy, but from all I've been reading the liquid should be nude. It is labeled correctly but I'm wondering if I should be asking customer service for a replacement since it is a blood red?

It is bath and body works semi annual sale. I know they aren't anything fancy, but I love the dupes they have been doing. It is nice to have a budget option for designer scents. Last winter they released inner angel as a dupe for Killian's Angel's Share. I bought 2 mists, but kicked myself for not buying more because it is delightful. To my surprise, I got the last bottle of the mist online when the sale started, and found this one single bottle of the matching lotion when I was at a store out of town. I couldn't believe my luck! It will be perfection for fall and winter 🍁

Seeing as the bottle is refillable, and this has become my signature scent, I decided to bedazzle it a bit!

Honestly the Dylan line is pretty safe in my opinion. I like them all, but dont want to blind buy from Versace without being able to smell it just in case. Has anyone seen this in stores in Canada? Preferably Southern Ontario lol.

I an not a banana girl. I only like eating actual bananas; anything scented or flavored usually makes my stomach churn. So, when I got a delux sample of this, and smelt that artificial banana, I ran to the sink to wash it off immediately. Before bed, I thought "what the heck let's give er another go." ​Dang, I know a lot of people don't like the maple syrup note, but she dried down gorgeous for me! Maybe it's the Canadian in me lol, but it's sweet, yet warm and just a touch floral. I don't get a lot of the banana lingering. It will be perfect for fall; it smells like fresh baked banana bread on me; a little rum like, nutty, sweet, baking spice..I look like a crazy person snuffing my arm right now lol. I can't believe I may be looking into a full bottle after my sample!

All 3, brand new, for $220CAD. Retail is around $540 for all.

Scored a 75mL bottle of this for $30! Will double check when it comes in that all is in order, but based on past sales and reviews, the sellers goods are right! For $30, it is worth a blind buy!

I have been eyeing a full size Jimmy Choo I want choo with love for a long time. I have the travel size and I absolutely adore it. It is a sweet, powdery marshmallow scent that is to die for. I just got a 125 mL bottle for $69CAD. The 100mL bottle retails for $189 so I'd say it was quite a score!

My local pharmacy had a scratch and save. I got 25%, so I bought one of the "try and buy a full size" kits. Came to $122CAD with tax. Cheaper than buying any of these full size on their own, so I am happy :) Plus, cmon...the trials are so stinking cute!

So, a little over a year ago I had received a sample of Guerlain mandarin basilic in an order. I loved it so much I went ahead and ordered a full size. I unknowingly ordered the mandarin basilic forte, and was sad when I sprayed it because it felt so heavy. It has been tucked away on my shelf for a year and hasnt been touched. I am currently going through and using perfumes from my collection, mixing things up from my usual scents I have gravitated to. There, shining in middle, is this beautiful bottle. I think what the heck why not. We'll, if it isnt the truest citrus scent I have ever smelt. It is light and almost effervescent. It has lost all the heaviness I originally smelt (or my sniffer has changed). It reminds me of the soap factory I toured in Monnaco as a teenager. What a pleasant surprise today. Reminder to try the scents you thought you didn't like! I'm so glad I didn't try to resell it!

Took me a while, however I finally made 10mL decants of all my mists and perfumes as well as organized my samples and travel sized perfumes! I kept a few of my favorite bottles out, and am quite happy with how it all came together. It is so nice to pick my fragrance for the day, grab the corresponding travel size and be on my way!

I have a problem. This obsession started back in September 2025 and has exploded. Many of these are samples/trial sets, but it is still a lot.

I am on GLP-1 medication, and there has been a link between those who take it developing a perfume addiction. One reason is the medication stimulates the olfactory bulb triggering a sensory foraging response. The other is people basically switching their dopamine pathways from food to scents. Call me crazy, but maybe big pharma and big perfume are in on something *adjusts tin foil hat.*

I have also been in intense therapy for 4 or 5 years. I am just coming to a point where I am starting to show myself some compassion and self love. Fragrances make me feel beautiful and I love being able to match my mood to a scent every day.

All that being said, I do need to slow my roll down. It has just been too much fun exploring new scents. Just when I think I have found my "profile," a scent I never expect to like comes in from left field as a winner.
