I sent a complaint inquiry on the website detailing my flight details and how a cancellation caused an overnight delay and I specifically requested for an official flight cancellation letter for insurance reimbursement purchases. They followed up talking about their no show policy, I was there. The entire flight was cancelled. I followed up saying No. I am requesting an official letter for flight cancellation... and in their response they didn't respond to it again and just said our apologies and issued a voucher???? Should I just sent another complaint inquiry asking for the same info?

i am unsure her bottom looks like this and i found some poop in the cage that looked like that :(

update: its the next morning and her bottom is dry!and i dont see any watery poops anywhere, mightve just picked her up right after she went pee
