bareMinerals Latte pallette shade dupe?

I'm a goth leaning person, and I tend to wear "freshly turned vampire/just died" type makeup as my casual everyday look. Specifically, the shades "solstice" and "spirit". Unfortunately, bareMinerals doesn't make the Latte pallette anymore, and I've yet to find replacements for when these inevitably run out:( I'm sure there are probably some goth-leaning makeup brands that sell similar shades, but I'm terrible at judging shades from a screen. Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated!

Thrift Flip 2013 MLA Doll!

Hello! After a few hours of work, shes done! She cleaned up gorgeously for a well loved doll from 2013! She has a few scratches in her vinyl and a dye stain on her shoulder from her leotard, but thats to be expected. Her leotard ended up not really being fixable, although i did get the yellowing out of the white. The blue is missing a lot of its reflective dots, and the stains over them also removed color from the surrounding dots when they came out in the wash. I ended up just grabbing an outfit from walmart for her instead, so she's still got clothes! I intend to sell her in the near future once i make some accessories for her, and I'll likely keep her leo with her when i do, but she's getting the outfit she deserves:) Let me know what i should name her!

Fixing up a thrifted MLA doll!

Not entirely sure if this goes in the WIPs or Repairs tags, it's kinda both lol! I thrifted this My Life As (MLA) girlie earlier today, and immediately started working on her once i got home! Her hair was super tangled, frizzy, brassy, and she had a bad case of glue seepage in her roots

I used a spray bottle with water and the aussie total miracle detangling spray to detangle her hair pre-wash, and brushed her out with my UnBrush brush. I washed her with water that was just under too hot for me to handle, washed once with normal shampoo, then a wash with the Punky Color "Get The Yellow Out" purple shampoo to fix some of the brassiness, and then some normal conditioner, then let her sit upside down for a few minutes wrapped in a towel to make sure there was no water stuck in her neck and shoulder joints. I used heat protectant and leave in conditioner afterwards, and blowdried her hair upside down so the fibers would be set in the correct direction to put back in a pony tail (you can tell in the first two pictures that she doesnt have a part line, as far as i know this doll originally came with a high bun hairstyle). Ive also started working on the leotard she came with, the first wash was NAST-AY. its currently sitting with some stain remover, but if it stays looking crazy i might swap her outfit to a different one.

Still on the to-do list is to rinse out her leotard and scrub her down with a magic eraser, but i need to go to the store to grab some new ones before I can do that. Ill update soon with her progress!

i specifically got sparkle & shine dawn because she looks the most like me! her side part made it pretty easy to give her scene bangs, i just needed to do a boil wash to pull some of her hair forward! I still need to give her some more layers, but i need a new razor for that (and probably a better setup than just wedging her between my knees lol). I do wish her legs were pink and clear instead of pink and yellow, but i plan on eventually giving her pants so it's fine. I swapped her shoes with a g3 ghoulia bc the weird sandal-sneaker-heels werent doing it for me XD.

if anyone knows of anybody who makes bootcut jeans for rh dolls lmk!
