I made an app for AAOS called 'Material IPTV & Plex Player'
I got tired of waiting for Plex to release an official app for my Polestar 2, so I just went ahead and built one.
A few things about it:
- Plex client built specifically for the car screen
- IPTV player built-in as well (so you can watch live TV)
- Profile sync across your other Android devices (iOS coming later)
- All features are free except for multiple profiles!
Looking for some fellow Polestar drivers to try it out and give feedback. Let me know if you want to test it!
To be clear, you do not need a phone (android or iOS) to install this app. You can download it directly in the car from the Google Play Store by searching for 'Material IPTV & Plex Player'.
