
Investigation opened on my behalf?
This package was successfully delivered and an hour later it says an investigation was opened ? I didn’t do anything to indicate I didn’t get the package. I tried chatting but the stupid AI bot didn’t know what I was asking and kept sending me in circles. I don’t want anyone getting in trouble because they did their job! Is there a way to cancel this? I went to “my claims” but it’s not in there. I’m so confused 😕
