I put my archon quest progression completely on hold just to make this stupid picture. It was impossible to continue playing without getting it out of my head.

When "Spices From the West" teapot event had its first rerun, I was honestly thought the feature would be implemented permanently in some fashion since it was a more interactive and interesting way of raising character friendship levels. For one reason or another though, it never returned.

It's been over 3 years since that rerun ended, yet every character release still includes "Receiving a Gift" voice lines which are directly related to these events. I'm not the only one to notice this as a few cursory Google searches proves, so I have to wonder if the inclusion of this category of voice line is just an arbitrary matter at this point or if there are eventual plans to rerun the event again and/or permanently integrate it in the Teapot.

Personally, I sort of doubt it. We have a more thorough means of character interaction via anecdotes now, and while Hoyo does continue to bring its usual additions to the Teapot system, it's likely no longer a priority for a wide variety of reasons. I just hope something is done with these voice lines at the very least because listening to the third ones on each character (which originally triggered whenever you gave them food they happen to hate) is pretty damn funny.

If you’re wondering why I haven’t opened up most of my Emilie merch, it’s because I don’t have a proper way to display all of it yet. I plan on investing in some specialized shelves and/or an ita bag soon!

I know it's not the most impressive clear (proud C6 Emilie player), but I've been on and off of trying to beat Moongecko ever since this cycle started and I'm just really happy for it to finally be done. It just so happens that my account seriously lacks any damage-dealing Geo or claymore characters, which is how I ended up resorting to Klee.

Side note, I had every character needed for the Skirk brute force available to me, but I just couldn't wrap my head around the rotation for some reason in addition to the fact that both my C0 Skirk and my C0 Escoffier have been running subpar artifacts for a while now.

Next cycle is probably going to be significantly worse, but in a way that's always part of the fun.
