I recall reading a a post about some type of dancing that I wasn't familiar with, but it sounded like group dancing and you didn't need to bring a partner and it was held at a local church last month. Does anybody know what I'm talking about because I'd like to join in.

My journey started on February 28th. 2026. Starting weight was 182.4. today's weigh-in is 157.1. no food noise, normal hunger, minimal side effects that are easily treatable for me. My goal is 140-145. I am still on 4 mg. This medication is a great tool!
