Which is better for Medical School in Europe: American Diploma or Syrian Baccalaureate?

I'm trying to choose between two high school qualifications for studying medicine in Europe.

Option 1:

  • American High School Diploma (Honors)
  • IELTS
  • 3–5 AP exams (Biology, Chemistry, Calculus, Physics)

Option 2:

  • Syrian Baccalaureate with a very high score (around 99%).

My goal is to study medicine in Europe (Italy, Poland, Romania, Cyprus, etc.) and later specialize in Germany.

From a university admissions perspective, which qualification gives me more opportunities? Are there any countries or universities where one is significantly preferred over the other?

I'd especially appreciate answers from people who have applied with either qualification or who work in university admissions.
