What is the correct term for the parts on this cylinder?
I'm going to try to fabricate this myself (I have never done it before). To me it looks like a cylinder with a bearing, washer and collar?

Cheap way to braze this?
Need to straighten out that metal. Trying to avoid an acetylene/oxygen kit if I can. Tried a propane torch for about 10 minutes but only turned white, never rosebud. Anything else I can try?
