HELP! i took off my pants and can't put it back on.

this happened a few more times, but most times the item shows up on the inventory menu and doesn't work when i press the grab button, but now this doesn't allow me to even access it in anyway.

im looking for a good survival game, actual sirvival game.

basically a survival game where the focus isn't zombies and its not a "wait 7 bajellion years or pay 50 diamonds to do one thing" kind of game, i am looking for something with hunger and thirst being the real deal, you struggle to survive and spend most of the time struggling to survive.
