How do i gain enough confidence to wear short sleeves and shorts?
Im so tired of always wearing long sleeves and pants in summer and i don't really know why it feels so hard, my parents know i've self harmed and my mom used to do it too so i'm sure she understands. But I actually wore shorts last year and when they accidentally rolled up she commented on it. Also i'm like 5 months clean!!

How do i help this beetle?
I found it in the forest on it's back unable to get up, i tried to put it back but it just kept falling so i brought it inside and gave it some banana and water but I don't know if it's eating, it still can't walk. It fell again right after the video
