I'm looking to buy my first car, I'm 26M, never had a chance to buy a car for personal reasons. And now I want one. I want to go for certified pre owned cars. I can pay up to 800 per month for car and insurance. What options do I have?

Hello, this is a little embarrassing but I'm in my mid 20s, and want to learn how to drive, I have been driving motorcycles since I was 14 but never had to opportunity or someone to teach me driving, no frnds here since I recently moved to Nebraska, 15 days ago. I have my learner's permit for a car but don't have anyone here to spend time with or teach me. I don't have so much money either, is road ready my only option?
I'm 26M and not a bar person or much of a social person, earn well in the top bracket in the 5 figures for now, moved from India to Madison, WI and have been struggling with all the boredom, been a hopeless romantic and feeling like giving up on the one thing I wanted the most, a serious relationship. I'm starting to feel like all this money, did never bought a single minute of happiness with materialistic things, overwork myself to keep myself busy but at the end of the day, what's even the purpose of life ? Don't know if this city will accept an "Indian" guy with all the stereotypes... Does anyone feel me?

I am just gutted to write this post. As an international student in this job market, I was able to land a 1st round interview with TSMC Fab21 team initially late May. And I'd take complete responsibility for not performing well during the interview (the accent and understand was one hell of a difficulty). Got a rejection after 1 month of hoping for a 2nd round after idk 10-15 follow ups.
Later, out of the blue a recruiter again reaches out saying I need to apply again for the same role. A cite of excitement and hope I reapply and was scheduled another 1st round interview next Monday only for them to reject me again before the interview saying and i quote "I've completed the interview process previously and unable to proceed at this time". WTH? Why call up a person and get their hopes up when you already know from your system that I was already through this process once.
I'm so done with life and this job search.
